Services Australia says you can still claim CCS if your family income estimate is $535,279 or more; entitlement is balanced later if income is lower.
3 Day Guarantee
From 5 January 2026, all CCS eligible families can get at least 72 hours of subsidised child care each fortnight, also described as 3 days per week.
